Meeting industry leaders at District HQs is more insightful & meaningful; I had observed more seriousness towards Environmental Sustainability, Industries of District HQs are the founders of sustainability, every component of every different use are being manufactured by local  #MSMEs  hence if they initiate efforts towards Green & Sustainability, sustainability is passed through at all levels, it is "bottom-up" approach which is more sustainable and outcomes are easily demonstratable. Of course for this, I was too interested to interact with local leaders (those have much matured business lines and there is a zeal to continue improvise and nurture for better tomorrow and also to have their company - a National Importance).
