Dear friends,

Is it possible to run two Screw chiller at 50 % loading (both should run on part load efficiency) ?

details are as follow:

  • No of chiller : 2
  • Chiller capacity : 500 TR
  • Serving to office building in Tropical climate
How loading of chiller is performed in real time ?

Does it gives energy saving ?

What happens if we operate one chiller till 500 TR load and then second chiller should start ?

What are the different combinations ?

ISO 7730 for Thermal Environment Evaluation

ISO 7730 is an International Standard for 'Ergonomics of the Thermal Environment-Analytical Determination and Interpretation of Thermal Comfort Using Calculation of the PMV and PPD and Local Thermal Comfort Criteria’.  ISO 7730 illustrates methods to evaluate the general thermal sensation and the degree of discomfort for occupants exposed to moderate thermal environmental conditions. EN 15251 for Energy and Thermal Environment Evaluation
